When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. We use that information to receive and respond to your inquiry. Submission sends the information to the website’s project owner through Manus’s notification service. Acceptance by the service does not mean the publisher has already read your message.

Accounts and ebook purchases

Manus provides account sign-in. We store the account identifier and available name and email address so a purchase can be linked to its buyer and accessed again. Essential secure session cookies keep you signed in, and a short-lived security cookie protects checkout requests.

Stripe handles payment details on its own checkout page. We do not collect or store card numbers, security codes, or card expiry dates. Our purchase records retain the book purchased, its buyer, transaction identifiers, fulfillment status, and relevant timestamps. We use these records to provide purchase history, verify payment, protect downloads, and prevent duplicate fulfillment. Payment information shown in purchase history is retrieved from Stripe.

The complete ebook is delivered only to an authenticated account with a verified paid purchase. A public sample can be read without an account. Buying the ebook does not add you to an email marketing list. The ebook is for personal use; its copyright and educational disclaimers remain in the PDF.

Information and retention

This website does not maintain its own inquiry database. The recipient may retain messages in their notification account and use your supplied email to respond. Do not include sensitive personal information or a private manuscript in the contact form. Account and purchase records are retained to provide access and support; contact us about access or deletion requests. Transaction records may need to be retained where applicable requirements demand it.

Website services

Hosting, delivery, and platform analytics are provided by Manus. Those services may process technical visit information such as IP addresses, device details, and page requests. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the font requests. The sample reader’s display controls do not require an account.

Questions or requests

To ask about your information, purchase, or an inquiry, use the contact form. Identify the relevant message or purchase, but never include a password or payment-card details. We do not sell your inquiry information or use it for automatic email marketing.
